I believe in an education that enables students to play an important role  in their own learrning process, where the teacher is there to give them  support as they develop the approaches to learning what they need – for both academic and personal success. That is what IB is all about, and it really matches with my Teaching Philosophy. I really enjoyed working at an IB School.
